    After intermittent fasting for months, I heard about fasting for longer and the health benefits. I just jumped right in and fasted for about 60 hours last week. It was mostly easy for me, except I was having some trouble sleeping so I decided to stop. I was planning to do 2-3 day and then thought I’d go for a week, I’ll have to try again and start on a Friday. Just realized I’ve fasted for almost 24 hours now, lol.
