Well that was an unexpected and abrupt tonal shift. I know Dr Fung and Megan are busy but I would’ve expected a goodbye/explanation episode. Wonder what happened.

    • Mack McKenzie

Jimmy explained over the Facebook discussion page. For those of us on that, this was expected. I am glad Jimmy has chosen to keep the podcast going.

      • KSWorkerBee

I tried to find the facebook page to see the discussion, but couldn’t find it. Could you please point me in the correct direction.

  • Michelle

I liked this podcast for the education on fasting and the discussion between the medical professionals and Jimmy. Now it seems the format is changing and this episode was just borrowed audio clips from Jimmy’s book.
Not confident I will continue listening to the podcast.

  • DCLawrence

Same as Michelle. Regrettably I will be unsubscribing from the podcast. The information from Megan and Jason are what really made it. I am not really interested in extended personal anecdotes. I’ll check back in a little while to see if maybe there was another shift back, but as-is this is disappointing.

What happened? One week, it is happy fasting from Megan, next a unexplained change

  • Paula Rebstock

of format. I listened to hear information from clinical practice. Very disappointed.

  • ramon

I guess that is it for rational podcast. Jason I would guess might start his own podcast about fasting, and Jimmy can continue his about eating lots of fat.

  • Mack McKenzie

I enjoyed this podcast very much. Looking forward to the new format. I also appreciate the kind way you transitioned.

  • Doug Fishbaum

I have unsubscribed. The real stars of the show have gone. Apology not accepted, Jimmy.
